📄 ข้อตกลงการใช้งาน

ข้อตกลงนี้ใช้กับเว็บไซต์ Overdrive Utility ("เว็บไซต์") และแอปพลิเคชันกับเกมทุกตัวที่เผยแพร่โดย Overdrive Labs ("เรา") ซึ่งรวมถึง DriveMeter, DriveVolt, OBD2 Easy: ICE & EV และเกมที่แสดงบนเว็บไซต์นี้ (รวมเรียกว่า "บริการ") การใช้บริการถือว่าคุณยอมรับข้อตกลงนี้ หากไม่ยอมรับ โปรดหยุดใช้บริการ

1. การอนุญาตให้ใช้งาน

เราอนุญาตให้คุณใช้บริการเพื่อการใช้งานส่วนตัวที่ไม่ใช่เชิงพาณิชย์ โดยไม่สามารถโอนสิทธิ์ให้ผู้อื่นได้ คุณต้องไม่ทำวิศวกรรมย้อนกลับ คัดลอก ดัดแปลง ขาย หรือเผยแพร่ซ้ำส่วนใดของบริการ เว้นแต่กฎหมายอนุญาต

3. ความปลอดภัยขณะขับขี่

แอปบางตัวแสดงข้อมูลขณะรถเคลื่อนที่ เช่น ความเร็ว ค่าเซ็นเซอร์ หรือค่าใช้จ่ายทริป ห้ามใช้งานหรือจ้องหน้าจอขณะขับรถ ผู้ขับขี่ต้องปฏิบัติตามกฎจราจรและรับผิดชอบความปลอดภัยของตนเองเสมอ ข้อมูลจากแอปเป็นเพียงข้อมูลอ้างอิง ไม่ใช่เครื่องมือวัดที่ผ่านการรับรอง

4. อุปกรณ์ OBD-II และการเชื่อมต่อกับรถ

OBD2 Easy อ่านข้อมูลผ่านอะแดปเตอร์ ELM327 ของบุคคลที่สาม เราไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายที่เกิดจากอะแดปเตอร์ที่ไม่ได้มาตรฐาน การใช้งานที่ไม่ถูกต้อง หรือการล้างรหัสปัญหา (DTC) ที่ทำให้ข้อมูลการวินิจฉัยของรถหายไป โปรดปรึกษาช่างผู้เชี่ยวชาญก่อนดำเนินการใด ๆ กับรถของคุณ

5. ปฏิทิน TOU และข้อมูลค่าไฟ

หน้าปฏิทิน TOU และการแจ้งเตือนเป็นเครื่องมือช่วยจำเท่านั้น จัดทำจากข้อมูลสาธารณะของการไฟฟ้า อัตราค่าไฟ ช่วงเวลา และวันหยุดอาจเปลี่ยนแปลงได้ เราไม่รับประกันความถูกต้องและไม่รับผิดชอบต่อค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกิดจากการอ้างอิงข้อมูลนี้ โปรดตรวจสอบกับ PEA / MEA หรือใบแจ้งค่าไฟของคุณ

6. โฆษณาและบริการของบุคคลที่สาม

แอปบางตัวอาจแสดงโฆษณาผ่าน Google AdMob หรือเชื่อมต่อกับบริการของ Google (เช่น Google Sign-In, Google Drive) การใช้บริการเหล่านั้นอยู่ภายใต้ข้อกำหนดและนโยบายของ Google ด้วย

7. การซื้อภายในแอป

หากมีการซื้อในแอปหรือการปลดล็อกฟีเจอร์ การชำระเงินดำเนินการผ่าน Google Play ทั้งหมด การคืนเงินเป็นไปตามนโยบายของ Google Play เราไม่ได้รับหรือเก็บข้อมูลบัตรของคุณ

8. ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา

ชื่อ โลโก้ โค้ด ภาพ และเนื้อหาของบริการเป็นของ Overdrive Labs หรือผู้ให้สิทธิ์ ข้อมูลที่คุณสร้างขึ้นในแอป (เช่น บันทึกการชาร์จ ทริป) เป็นของคุณ

9. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด

บริการให้ "ตามสภาพ" (as is) โดยไม่มีการรับประกันใด ๆ ทั้งโดยชัดแจ้งหรือโดยนัย เท่าที่กฎหมายอนุญาต เราไม่รับผิดต่อความเสียหายทางตรง ทางอ้อม หรือต่อเนื่องใด ๆ ที่เกิดจากการใช้หรือไม่สามารถใช้บริการ รวมถึงการสูญหายของข้อมูล

10. การเปลี่ยนแปลงและการยุติ

เราอาจปรับปรุง เปลี่ยนแปลง หรือยุติบริการหรือข้อตกลงนี้ได้ทุกเมื่อ ข้อตกลงฉบับล่าสุดจะแสดงบนหน้านี้พร้อมวันที่ปรับปรุง การใช้บริการต่อหลังการเปลี่ยนแปลงถือว่ายอมรับข้อตกลงใหม่

11. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ

ข้อตกลงนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายไทย ข้อพิพาทใด ๆ ให้อยู่ในเขตอำนาจของศาลไทย

These terms apply to the Overdrive Utility website (the "Site") and to every app and game published by Overdrive Labs ("we", "us"), including DriveMeter, DriveVolt, OBD2 Easy: ICE & EV and the games listed on this Site (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the Services.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to use the Services. You must not reverse-engineer, copy, modify, sell or redistribute any part of the Services except where the law allows.

2. Your data

3. Safety while driving

Some apps show information while the vehicle is moving, such as speed, sensor values or trip cost. Do not operate or watch the screen while driving. The driver is always responsible for road safety and for obeying traffic law. App readings are for reference only and are not certified measuring instruments.

4. OBD-II adapters and vehicle connection

OBD2 Easy reads data through third-party ELM327 adapters. We are not liable for damage caused by non-standard adapters, improper use, or clearing trouble codes (DTC) that removes diagnostic history from your vehicle. Consult a qualified technician before acting on anything the app shows.

5. TOU calendar and tariff information

The TOU calendar page and its reminders are a memory aid built from public utility information. Rates, hours and holidays can change. We give no guarantee of accuracy and accept no liability for costs arising from reliance on it. Confirm with PEA / MEA or your electricity bill.

6. Advertising and third-party services

Some apps may show ads through Google AdMob or connect to Google services (Google Sign-In, Google Drive). Your use of those is also governed by Google's terms and policies.

7. In-app purchases

Where an app offers purchases or feature unlocks, payment is processed entirely by Google Play and refunds follow Google Play policy. We never receive or store your card details.

8. Intellectual property

The names, logos, code, artwork and content of the Services belong to Overdrive Labs or its licensors. Data you create in the apps (charging logs, trips and so on) is yours.

9. Limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the Services, including loss of data.

10. Changes and termination

We may update, change or discontinue the Services or these terms at any time. The current version is always shown on this page with its update date. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
